Delivery

Delivery:

• All orders are posted signed and tracked.
• Ship Globally, please email if shipping price not provided for your country.
• All orders posted within 48 hours of ordering.
• All orders are checked before sent.

Payment:

Payment is by paypal, apple pay or credit card through stripe payment gateway.

  

Refund Policy:

• 30 day refund policy available.
• Item must be returned in original condition and packaging. 
• Customer pays return postage unless item is faulty.

Faulty Goods:

• Please note all items are checked prior to shipping, however if you item is faulty when it arrives please contact me and i can either send you a replacement or issue a refund.
• Please send photos of the faulty item and what the fault is in order to qualify for a refund.
• We must be contacted and fault must be identified within 7 days of receiving delivery, and photos of issue to be sent to: sales@zoetropeanimation.com
